Required Documents

1. Original identity card with a photocopy
   
2. The original passport with a photocopy
   
3. The business license of the company (when land registration name of the company or for the purpose of payment checks)
   

Procedures

1. The client heads to the reception to inquire about the service.
   
2. The concerned section will review the documents.
   
3. After the approval, the investor choose the location of the land.
   
4. The investor read the contract terms and agree to it then the investor sign the contract.
   
5. The contract is attached with the documents and sent to the Manager office for approval.
   
6. The manager approve the contract and the investor receive the original copy of the contract with a letter for the Department of Planning and Survey.
   
7. The investor have to bring the following copies from the departments for the Authority:-Land map from the Department of Planning and Survey.-Original License copy to practice commercial activity from Department of Economic and Development.-Building License from Department of Municipality after Getting NOC from the Authority.
