If you're intending to get married, then you and your partner must undertake a medical examination by visiting Al Khazzan Health Center of the area of Umm Al Quwain to undertake the medical examination and get a "Physical Fitness for Marriage Certificate ", which is an official document that must be submitted to complete the marriage procedures in Umm Al Quwain. It might take several days to get the certificate, which shall be given in two copies by the same health center. If one of you wanted to receive the result without the presence of the other, he/she must bring the original identity card of the other party upon receipt.
